Definitions
The S&P 500 Total Return Index is an unmanaged composite of 500 large capitalization companies and includes the reinvestment of dividends. This index is widely used by professional investors as a performance benchmark for large-cap stocks. You cannot invest directly in an index.
The total annual fund operating expense ratio, gross of any fee waivers or expense reimbursements, is 2.13% for Class I.
The Fund’s adviser, Persimmon Capital Management LP, (the “Adviser”) has contractually agreed to waive management fees and to make payments to limit Fund expenses, at least until January 31, 2027, so that the total annual operating expenses of the Fund do not exceed 1.99% of average daily net assets attributable to Class I shares.
